Enhanced Access Service

The PCN offers an Enhanced Access Service to our patient population.

These appointments are accessed from 6.30pm on weekdays until 8pm over the telephone and Saturdays 9am to 5pm (face to face or telephone appointments available)

The service is provided by a team of receptionists and GPs who work for Solihull Rural PCN (Primary Care Network) and are currently staff from Dorridge, Arden, Balsall Common & Hampton Surgeries.

From the 6th April the Saturday service will alternate between Dorridge Surgery and Balsall Common Surgery (starting at Dorridge on the 6th April 2024). You may ask for access to these appointments when you ring, or we may offer them to you, depending on appointment availability.

This is not a walk in service - appointments must be booked via your registered practice
